Cost
This online series introduces housing practitioners to trauma informed care. It focuses on developing an understanding of the lived experience of trauma and its impact. It explores best practice in relation to implementing trauma informed care both in professional practice and at an organisational level. It also explores the impact of vicarious trauma on an individual level.
The events aim to contribute to the conversation on the impact of trauma and how housing practitioners can embrace a trauma informed approach, including self-care, within professional practice and service delivery.
These online events do not train participants to become trauma therapists but assist in helping housing practitioners become trauma aware.
